Perhaps a major lesson of aging is learning how to speak our truth firmly, yet kindly, especially to those who would have their own way with us, even till our last breath. And all of this involves acknowledging the losses as they arise. To be an eager student of whatever lesson life seems intent on teaching us at the moment.

Victor: Another shout out to recognize your sensibilitiesities and your continually evolving voice on topics that matter. Speaking of aging, i'm just now in Las Cruces being an immersed Grandpa in the extended family scene. Recently, i'm acutely aware of both the changes aging is bringing as well as the expanding opportunities for inner exploration this stage of life offers. Journaling and beginning to blog are the channels i'm using to explore this rich time-scape. Thank you again for your words and perspectives.
