My heartsongs Podcast 320 Aligning Attention With Intention
Saturday Mar 07, 2026
Saturday Mar 07, 2026
My attention is one of the valuable resources I possess. It involves key areas of the brain that allow me to focus and concentrate on a given task, whether that is making dinner, composing a song, groking some new Italian phrases, or jotting down some notes for a podcast that is yet to emerge.

Saturday Jan 24, 2026
Saturday Jan 24, 2026

My heartsongs Podcast 314 Cowabunga
Saturday Jan 17, 2026
Saturday Jan 17, 2026
I feel quite blessed to mostly take a pause from all the political shenanigans and goings on in the USA. My Heartsongs Podcast 313 The Power Of Tiny Things
Saturday Jan 03, 2026
Saturday Jan 03, 2026
The world seems to be changing so fast, some days it feels like I have to pinch myself, a la Dorothy in the Wizard of OZ having a moment when she realizes she’s always had the power to go home, even without clicking her ruby slippers.
